You want to lose weight, but you don't want to spend your life in the gym. Right?
There are plenty of people who want to look great, but not be trapped in a gym for hours on end, so here are the best exercises to help you lose weight fast, that won't take longer than it takes to watch a television program these days.
1. Exercise Machine Workout
At the gym there are 3 main exercise machines, the rower, the treadmill and the stationary bike. There are cross trainers and other pieces of equipment, but these 3 are the best for weight loss.
Doing a simple workout of 15 minutes on each machine will mean you get the benefits of new found strength, fat loss, increased cardio and you will not get bored doing it. 15 minutes on each is more than enough time, then jump to the next one for 15. Why waste 45 minutes on one boring machine?
2. Swimming
Swimming for weight loss is often overlooked, but if you have a pool in your town and you are a confident swimmer, you should make the most of it.
If you haven't been for a while, you will work out some new, interesting muscles - you will be unusually sore the next day, especially in your abs.
3. Boxing Workouts
They might not be very lady like, but boxing bag workouts can be incredibly effective at fat burning.
The best way is to set up your cell phone, stopwatch, watch, or even an analogue clock where you can see it and set it for 2 minutes.
Pound the bag with unreasonable force for 2 minutes, then as soon as the chime goes, drop and do 15 press ups and 30 crunches, then rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Anyone can do this - most gyms have boxing bags. You should take lessons from a martial arts teacher of boxing coach to make sure you aren't hurting yourself or putting your delicate frame's integrity on the line - wearing hand wraps is always a wise move.
This is how to get abs - look at most MMA and UFC fighters, they understand that cardio is one of the key factors toward having six pack abs and looking great.
4. Jogging/Running
The most obvious weight loss tool is often the most overlooked one. Often people will wonder what the best way to lose weight is when they already know running/jogging or even walking is a good way to do it.
Jogging & running truly is the best way to lose belly fat if you are on a tight budget. In fact, if you think about it, most of the machines in a gym that are designed for weight loss such as treadmills, rowers and cycles, they are all just designed to emulate an actual sport.
How about putting it into action and getting out there and stuck into a good jog?
Going for a run is the mans version of a treadmill workout.
You will feel better after it, you will have moved a step closer to your goal and afterwards you wonder "What was all the fuss about?"
One of the often most neglected parts of weight loss is nutrition. If you are eating poorly then you will always have poor results - that is a fact.
Just think about how many people you see at the gym who still sport a fat belly even though they have been working out for a long time.
Consider this next time you feel like purchasing fast food.
