The #1 reason I continue to workout even when I don't feel like it is that I don't ever want to be back to where I was before the weight loss.
When I think about how physically ill I was because I had that extra weight on pushes me to keep going even when I don't feel like it.
I became a certified personal trainer and lifestyle coach because I realized during my journey towards wellness that I had truly stepped into what God had called me to do in this life.
Every woman that walks into my gym (Lady of America Fitness Center for Women, Weldon Spring, MO)I want to change their life.
I ask each one 'what are you willing to do right NOW in order to live your BEST life today?'.
Then after one goal-setting session, nutritional session and PT session they are ready for me to help them change their life.
It truly must be a lifestyle change.
Without retraining our mind and body it will always want to go back to what it did before.
I lost over 60 lbs learning to do it the right way. And doing it in a way that worked for me. Now at 40 I look and feel better than I did when I was 20 and in the Marine Corps.
Thank you for a great website.
Sincerely,
Cristina Johnson
